ReadyCLOUD registration
I am not able to view my nas cloud in my ReadyCLOUD account, all attempts to “register” and discover have failed.

ReadyCLOUD is only available for systems running ReadyNAS OS 6. The NV+ cannot run ReadyNAS OS 6.
Which firmware version is your NAS running (e.g. RAIDiator-arm 5.3.13)?

I asked for the firmware version to confirm you actually have a v2.

I can’t confirm the firmware at this time, but I can on the serial number to allow confirmation on the device?
