ReadyCloud Sign-In Not Recognized - trying to connect ReadyNAS 212
Unable to log into https://readycloud.netgear.com using my previously working email and password - after I logged in to attempt to add my wife's email for ReadyNAS cloud access. I cancelled partially that process after there was something asking about binding, which I didn't understand. The link from the ReadyNAS 212 that is given to manage readycloud accounts has an initial popup where my account email and password are not accepted and turn red. When I click on "forgot password" the same email and password work for log into mynetgear, but the sign in link on the upper right of the website just prior to looking at the folders for user cloud permission addition causes the same red email and password issue, so I am stuck in a loop unable to log into readycloud for user setup on my NAS. I even tried creating a new mynetgear account with a different email, and am unable to log in using that email either on the readycloud.netgear.com popup. I have tried turning off the cloud slider in the NAS and then on again, but that doesn't help. I am really stuck! Help! I attached the readycloud page's popup that won't allow me to log in. The second full page is where I end up again after I successfully log in from the "forgot pasword" page.

Hi joopblog,
Welcome to the Community!
Can you try logging in your account to the myNETGEAR portal then change your password there? After changing your password, please check if you will be able to login to the ReadyCLOUD web portal using the new password.
