How can I send you screen shots - no ability in the forum to add in screen shots or attach files?
I log into Readycloud go to manage select the user - on my readynas any user, and then click on delete, then get the dialogue asking for confirmation of deletion, I then click Yes and nothing happens?
It now also appear since the upgrade that the only user who does have access is me? All of my other users have been disconnected from the Readynas or thier accounts are simply not active anymore?
Thanks for your help

Hi PeterS250,
Images and screenshots can be uploaded in the community. Just ensure they are in .png format. I presume you are running Firmware 6.5.0. Were you able to merge your secondary ReadyCLOUD accounts with their respective myNETGEAR accounts (existing or new)?
Kind regards,

Brian
Will send screen shots tomorrow when I have access to do so.
Yes I have upgraded to the latest firmware version.
All of the Readynas accounts were upgraded by the inividuals concerned to mynetgear accounts.

Hi PeterS250,
Do you have private home shares for each ReadyCLOUD user? If yes, kindly back them up because I'm about to ask you to 'Leave' the cloud and re-login your ReadyCLOUD admin account.
Kind regards,

Brian,
So now the device is now non-discoverable in readycloud - in fact readycloud says the device is off line. However accessing the admin page the system is there and it thinks readycloud is active and all of the cloud users are there? However, even logging in on the local network using the readycloud app it cannot see the device.
I have tried using Discover to re-discover the device but nothing. I have also done the obvious power down (nicely) and re-boot but it makes no difference.
What do I do now?
Peter
