ReadyNAS 104 online but not available on ReadyCloud
We have a ReadyNAS 104 which we use for backup. It's running the latest 6.8.0 firmware.
ReadyCloud is enabled and logged in with an admin account. The admin page shows internet and services available:
But when we log into ReadyCloud with the same admin account, it shows the NAS as being offline:
We need remote admin for this machine. Any suggestions? Thanks!
We updated to 6.8.1 and that fixed the problem. All good! :smileyvery-happy:

Would you please sign in http://readycloud.netgear.com with same admin account to check what is the status for you device?
And please check what is your RN104's serial number and mac address on admin page.
