Readynas Pro with os6 will not connect to Readycloud
i have an old readynas pro 6 with os6 installed. It won't connect to Readycloud because the nas spits out the mac address on eth0 as the serial number.

The fix has been applied and the NAS has been rebooted to Normal mode. It should have the proper serial number now.

Hi tdaters,
Can you enable SDM (Secure Diagnostic Mode) on the NAS? We will try apply a fix for that problem. Please PM me the 5-digit port number after enabling it.

I have the same problem
After Update to 9.4. and change the network DNS to 8.8.8.8 and restart the serialnumer change to NONE000200000.
I cannot use READYCLOUD.
It was changed before from stephenB and i could use Readycloud.
But after a restart i got again NONE and no connection to READYCLOUD

Your NAS has a different cause on why it cannot connect to ReadyCLOUD. L3 tried accessing it remotely but it is unreachable. Please re-enable SDM so we can check again the issue on your NAS.

I am taking the nas off line to replace the power supply.
