ReadyNas says internet and services available, but ReadyCloud says offline
I am running a ReadyNas 102 with 6.2.5 firmware (along with two others). I am attempting to make this ReadyNAS available through ReadyCloud.
Discovery was fine; the 102 is on my Discovery list in ReadyCloud. Turning on ReadyCloud on the 102's admin page and connecting it to my ReadyCloud account was fine as well. The 102 has working network and DNS settings, and shows green ticks for internet and service availability:
However, my ReadyCloud account thinks it's offline:
Can anyone help? Many thanks.
Your firmware is too old. You need at least 6.5.0 (and you might as well go to 6.7.4).
Note also that ReadyCloud now uses single-sign-on ( https://kb.netgear.com/30671/ReadyCLOUD-to-MyNETGEAR-Single-Sign-On-FAQ )

Thanks! Going to 6.5.2 solved it. Both the NAS and its shares were recognised by ReadyCloud.
I then went up to 6.7.4 and the NAS was still recognised as online, but the shares were not. It now says No Volumes or USB disks. I'll list this as a separate issue, but I would suggest some caution with 6.7.4 for 102 units.
