RN10400 cannot access via ReadyCloud
Hello
I have had my NAS for a while now and all works okay from my home network.
Up until 6 months or so ago I could access it over the internet using IE/Chrome via my office computer. I can access it now, I get a split second of the network displayed after I login and then an error page*Currently you have no registered or shared devices.............).
I have tried this on 3 machine with both IE and Chrome, all to no avail.
Has anyone ever seen this before and can help with a solution?

Thank you, this has been solved. My account wasn't correctly upgraded from ReadyCloud. When I did this again the problem was solved.

Did you make any changes (e.g. configuration, firmware updates?) around the time the problem started?
Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
