Unable to join readycloud after mynetgear migration

Hi all,   I'm stuck unable to join readycloud after the mynetgear migration.  The readynas 102 updated fine.  6.5.0 is up and running, I can log in to admin.  I can't JOIN readycloud though.     ...

    Hey,

     

     

    Make sure you have valid DNS and gateway in your network adapter (common problem if you switched to static IP).

    Also make sure you have UPnP enabled.

    ReadyNAS uses port 443 for outbound/inbound communication over HTTPS.


    Make sure you are seeing all the new features on your Admin Page Cloud tab (like Amazon Cloud Drive); if not, you might have some browser cache issue (another common one lately).

     

    If you leave ReadyCLOUD, you have to reconfigure it which would not be ideal.

     

    Can you detail some of the other things you tried so we're not giving you the same steps?
