VPN Disconnected
I have been reading several posts about the VPN Disconnected issue but I cant get to a solution.
has this issue been resolved and is there a direct solution?

It would helpful to have more details about your specific situation
- what firmware are you running?
- is the disconnect happening on the ReadyNAS->cloud link or the Cloud->device link? If the latter, which device?
- Is it working properly when everything is on the same network?
- Are you seeing both internet connected and services available checkmarks on the cloud apps page of the ReadyNAS?
