Antivirus is not updating (ReadyNAS OS 6.9.4)
I've just installed my new ReadyNAS 214.
First thing I did was to update the OS to version 6.9.4, so I can tell I am connected to the internet.

1. My ISP name is "Fibertel", although it might also be known as "Telecom Argentina S.A" or "Cablevision Argentina" (cable modem provider).
2. My router is a TP-LINK, model TL-WR1043ND, firmware 3.19.32 Build 150910 Rel.44072n
3. The NAS is connected directly to my router, which is in turn connected to my ISP's modem. Apart from the NAS, the router also has 2 computers and 1 slave router connected.
I hope that answers all the things you needed. In case of needing more information, feel free to ask.

Hi jereaa,
Thank you for the information provided. We will further check this issue.
By the way, L3 inform me that for now he updated the latest definitions of your antivirus manually. He advised that you go to the Time zone settings and change it then change it back again.

I've changed the Time Zone back and forth as you requested.
I'll be waiting for news on this.
Thanks for the help.

Has there been any progress with this? I still get the same error, although fewer time, since it seems the antivirus no longer tries to update itself every 5 minutes, but just once or twice a day.

Hi jereaa,
There are dropped packets on the NAS network stats which might be causing the issue. There might be something on the router that caused the dropped packets.

Yet there are no problems for the NAS to update its OS or when using any other internet-based software on a system in this network, even snapshot-based real time games.
Also isn't it weird that the connection gets severed when it gets to 99% progress? Unless this doesn't happen anymore, I'm just grasping at the information you provided me with, but it clearly doesn't seem to be a packet loss issue to me.
