Asterisk 404 no Web Access after initial install
Hi there,
I run the following:
RN104
OS 6.2.2
I installed Asterisk Add-on but when I launch it from the RN admin console, the initial config page IP Address:8088/asterisk/static/config/index.html I receive "This webpage is not available" in chrome and 404 error in IE. I've rebooted, uninstalled and rebooted but not sure how to progress further.
I can access the system via WINSCP nd see the folders with Asterisk but do not know where to go next.
Hopefuly one of you guys knows where to start looking
Thanks
Chris

Just to confirm, you were able to successfully uninstalled the Asterisk App just fine and can you still access the web-GUI of your RN104 running FW v6.2.2? - chriznAspirantI installed it from the list of available apps and it was successful.
I tried to remove it but this failed.
I eventually removed it again and tried to install it from the download deb file and this failed to install.
I reinstalled it once more from the app list and it still doesn't work. - RXLuminaryWhat if you try to perform OS reinstall on your RN104 then try to install the Asterisk App again.
Also if you can still access the web-GUI, you might want to consider trying the Beta Firmware v6.2.3: viewtopic.php?t=78866 - Try starting Asterisk via ssh:
root@ReadyNAS:~# /usr/sbin/asterisk
Then, launch a web browser to:
http://NAS_IP_ADDRESS:8088/asterisk/static/config/index.html
