Change Monsta FTP upload limit

I'm trying to use FTP Monsta but I am not able to change the default limit is 128MB on Upload.

- Try the new version in my community dropbox 1.4.11
the limit you see in interface is the memory limit :) - Sorry but I can not upload files larger than 128M. I installed the version that you said but do not know how I can change the value 128M.

I works fine for small files, but I can not uplodad 170MB.

I have the same problem... but it didn´t help updating to latest.
Where do I find the PHP.ini and how do I change it?
