Error message while trying to activate Arcus Milestone License

I am having a problem registering my pari of Arcus RNVMSMA8-10000S licenses on a ReadyNAS RR4312X0.

 

I get the follolwing error:

 

"Salesforce API sfOneCloudContractMaptoPrdRe is not working please check No JSON object could be decoded error"

 

I have attempted with mulitple browsers - please advise.

    I have checked on your case and it is already submitted to engineering. L3 expert was able to contact you right? this should be resolved once checked.
