Milestone Arcus license key expired
Hello,
I am trying to enter my license key at https://milestone.netgear.com/activate and I get an error code which says License Key is expired. I copied and pasted from the e-mail from the 3rd party seller and selected the serial number.
Any thoughts?
Hi @russalred
Can you please try to activate the license again, it should work okay now.
Regards

Hi russallred
Welcome to the Community!
Where did you bought the license? How many cameras are included? Licenses should be good for 5 years, If it is the trial license that came with the NAS then it will be good only for 60 days and then you have to purchase a regular license which are sold for 1, 4 or 8 cameras. You should have purchase the license from an authorize distributor/reseller.
Just to check have you tried using a different browser or asking for a different license key? This is to test if there are any issues with the activation.
I copied and pasted from the e-mail from the 3rd party seller and selected the serial number.
This would be the best step for now, send an email to your reseller or better return the purchased license. You should be able to ask for a replacement key.

Hello Marc and thank you for replying.
I bought RNVMSMA4-10000S (For Milestone 4 channel) from Netgear4Less.com . I tried to activate originally using the chrome browser, but I get the same result using IE. I sent an e-mail to the seller.
We'll see. Thank you.
