Just day dreaming!!!
My mom was saying how she wished there was a way for her to see pictures of the kids easily. She's not good with computers at all. No chance I can share my photos with her on P2 because she just wouldn't get it, no matter how easy WE think it is.
So I was just sitting here thinking...day dreaming...
Wouldn't it be nice if Netgear developed a digital picture frame that connects to P2? On a private domain of course and not through Netgear. Every frame could come with a very long string of random characters for a serial number and we can assign an album to that serial number. Every night, the digital picture frame would use wifi to connect and authenticate with that crazy long serial number and sync up with the album.
I would pay any amount of money for the digital picture frame.
Oh what a nice dream. I would give one to every family member for Christmas especially the ones over seas and my one uncle serving in the military over seas. Of course the album would have to accept multiple serial numbers because I'm giving so many of the frames away to family.
I know it's a crazy dream!

- chirpaLuminarySome photo frames out there support RSS feeds. I'd rather see those pulling an RSS feed of new photos off P2.
- pvong1AspirantI would take anything as long as it works. Isn't RSS less secure and anyone can subscribe to that feed? I'm no RSS expert.
- chirpaLuminaryRSS can use HTTP/s AUTH for security.
