Photos ii error message when trying to send shares via email

Question

I get the following error message when trying to send an email to contacts providing a link to my photo albums. The message is:

Timestamp: Sat Jan 7 09:39:28 GMT+1100 2017
Method: sendEmail
FaultString: SOAP Response cannot be decoded. Raw response:
FaultCode: DecodingError
FaultDetail: null.

Any ideaqs. Also, does anyone know the web address that people can use to acccess m readynas photos via the web. Readynas.com/hostname no longer works.

What is your ReadyNAS model number? What firmware are you using on the ReadyNAS?

Hi. Thanks for replying.&nbsp;The Model No is ReadyNas 104The firmware is version 6.6.0&nbsp;Also, I havent beenable to find out if the server www.readynas.com/{hostname} is still running. This used to be the photos ii server. If it isnt, do you know if there is a new link to the photos ii server?&nbsp;Thanks again&nbsp;Patrick

It seems you have the same problem as what was reporting to one of the topics reported&nbsp;here, I suggest to update the version of your ReadyNAS Photos 2. Please see update from this&nbsp;link.

Hi&nbsp;Thanks for the reply. I can now send emails and create a photographer account and albums, but when I try to upload photos that are stored in a share on the NAS, the upload indicator in the top right hand corner is alays there but&nbsp;the photos never appear in the album. I have tried using different shares on the same NAS that photos ii is loaded on, always with the same result.&nbsp;I am now using photos ii version 2.0.5 on a readynas 104 firmware 6.6.0
