Can you try to do a ping test to the NAS, also; try accessing the NAS via IP instead of its name.

Do you have RAIDar installed?
This will detect the ReadyNAS locally. Once it does, click "Browse" and let me know if it opens.

Hi,
To all my NASes I can access via LAN, but I can not access them when I connect via ReadyCloud app with a VPN connection. Therefore, I do not need a RAIDar. I think the question is specific enough?

Thank you for your reply. Given the current status of your case, it might need a thorough troubleshooting. I would suggest that you get in touch with our support group for options on how to get support via phone. You should still be able to purchase a per-incident support.
