My ReadynasPhotoII says my HostName for web forwarding is not registered. It has been registered for over a year. It appears the site linking to our servers is down. Anyone else having the same issue? :x

- xtc68AspirantHi!
I have the same problem... server photos.readynas is down ???
it says that he can't access to photos.readynas ! I made a factory reset and it's the same... My internet connection and my redirected port "8086" are good.
I'm from France, and i need it quickty. I actually use it for my weeding photos and yesterday i have send cards to my family with the internet adress to access to it.
Please, find me a solution :?
i'm sure that the problem is located on the server because the example who's posted on the readynas web site is also down:

best regards - Darth_VaderNETGEAR Employee RetiredSorry Guys,
We are working hard to resolve the server issues. I will update you guys soon.
Thanks - xtc68AspirantOk, so i'm not crazy; the problem is not located to me.
thanks a lot for your job ! - ryk1998Aspirantbased on the delay in response and the problems that I as a new user am having with photos ii is there a way to have netgear address us in some fashion just what the support, if any, will be for this application? I like many others bought this unit specifically for photos ii.....I feel quite let down and while I appreciate the help of the users and moderators involved .... is it not netgear's responsbility to maintain these applications rather than leave them to people who likely have other things on the go and this is not a full time gig? bizarre....I dont want this to sound like kvetching but should I pack this in now or are better days ahead?
- rubberscorpioAspirantAny updates on the server repairs to resolve this problem?
- Darth_VaderNETGEAR Employee RetiredThe server should be up and running (very slow). All previously sent invitations should work but not new invitations yet. We are still waiting for our IT guys to respond in regards to several technical issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
- rubberscorpioAspirantThanks Darth and may the force be with you. I am guessing we'll have to restart the Readynas Photo service in order for it to re-register the ip once things are running?
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredCan you give it another try now? Looks like photos.readynas.com is back up (well http is, http/s isn't)
- rubberscorpioAspirantSuccess! I didn't have to restart the service and it is connecting fine via the Interweb.
:D - ce34AspirantHi
I'm following the discussion since the beginning and trying each time to connect to Photos II and here is what i've had constantly since then :
Statut : Pas prêt
URL de connexion : http://xxx.yyy.0.3:/photos2/login.html
URL d'accès public : not available
which means not ready and public access URL not available
All the links i sent are not working
In the mean time i had switch from 5.3.5 to 5.3.6 , then back to .5 due to the DLNA bug , then to 5.3.7 when it became availabIe and still no success
Tell me what to do next !!!!!
