RN104 Photos ii Simply Doesnt work.....At all......Ever......!
I have spent just about a full day messing around trying to get this to work and am completely frustrated. I see reading other threads that many remain either unanswered or unresolve.
It fails at the very first hurdle and does not let me creat an admin account and so cannit get any further. Error reads,
Internal Error! Please login again and report:

FaultString: Array list index out of bounds
FaultCode: Server
FaultDetail: null

Can somebody help or if its just not supported as others suggest then please tell us and remove it from the Apps Store.

Which version of Photos II are you running?
Which firmware are you running?
Can you confirm if UPNP is working and if not setup port forwarding?

Hi kevred,
Try to use a web browser to login to ReadyNAS Photos. Ensure that the add-on version installed in your system is the latest (ver. 2.0.5). You can get a soft copy here and I suggest you to manually install or upload it.

Thanks Brian. I can install it without problem it simply wont allow me to create either an admin or a photographer account so I can see the login screen but have no accounts configured that will allow a connection.

I've recently bought a Netgear ReadyNAS 204 which has a firmware of 6.4.1 and I can't get Photos II to work either. utterly useless. I've moved to use piwigo but I'm one of those who gets frustrated if something doesnt work so I am still iterested in knowing if there is a fix to the Photos II issue:
Followig installing the software, and launching the app, I'm prompted by a Setup Wizard (Create Admin Account) window but after entering new user details and clicking create I get the following error:

The Photos 2 problem on 6.4.1 has been reported already and we are still waiting for an update.
