  • You'll need to provide some more information about what exactly is happening e.g. what device/game you're playing, how you've added that to the Geo-Filter, if you're getting games outside your radius, nothing appearing on the map at all etc

  • I have an xbox series x i play call of duty warzone geo filter is dead ....my xbox pings outside the limits i have set it pings as there is no netduma and also there is no sign on the map of the server it pings to .......and yes i have set it on auto ping ..... I am just about to break this router and never buy again ....it is not the first time that this problem appeared  always ....no responce and noresponse this router gives me i think i should buy the netduma router and not the xr1000

Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page, how you have the device added and the Geo-Filter settings also please?

  • I am sorry i can not provide a picture , i tried to but i can not, but i can tell you that after our  conversation and after three days we are talking about this problem from today my geofilter works just fine i really do not know  how this happened i can not explain this......now about my configuration fot geo filter i have set ....the name of my xbox for distance i have set kilometres for mode strict mode for auto ping host auto for set distance 111 and for ping assist 31 to 33 and the game i have set is call of duty anyway thank you for your help 😊 but i have to say that  this  problem with geo filter i had it again in past quite often  and last my update  is1.0.0.74_1.0.63

The Xbox should be added as a console, it shouldn't be the game you've selected for it. Remove it from the Geo-Filter and then in the Device Manager make sure the Xbox device type is an Xbox. Then re-add it to the Geo-Filter and it should add as a console. This will then work better more consistently. Also having Ping Assist enabled can allow for games outside your radius.

  • Thank you very much for your advice i really  appreciate it. There is a misunderstanding and probably it is my fault i am sorry about this you see i own this router for about 4 years so  i have set my xbox device as an xbox at the topof the list i have set the name of my xbox and to the geo filter i have set as games console because there is no choice for xbox to the geo filter.i did mention the game i play because there is a choice to the geo filter which ask you what game you want to choose it is the first question so my problem is why it takes my router so many days to confirm the set up i am giving it.anyway for one more time i want to thank and i am grateful for your response...

Understood thanks. It doesn't take time for the settings to apply and so currently I can't tell what the issue might have been as it resolved itself. Perhaps a cloud update was needed at the time
