How can i gain access at the operating system? I am trying to install your adds (bin or deb),but i cannot reach the console of the O.S. I tried ssh and i get wrong password (root and admin password ...

I would suggest you do as support suggested. If the steps are too complicated do you have a tech-savvy friend who could help you?
Don't think it would be a good idea to download the logs though when it is this full.
