There is way to reset that download path ( https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/utorrent-on-rn314/m-p/1231629#M125231 ).  I suggest creating a torrents share, create a subfolder for each of the four paths.  Then configure the path for each of them as /data/torrents/subfolder (note the slash direction). If your data volume isn't called data, then use your actual volume name in the path.  BTW, make sure that snapshots are disabled on the torrents share.

But you can access this folder (somewhat painfully) using NAS admin credentials - so you can get any already downloaded torrent files.  If you open the windows credential manager, you can delete any existing NAS credentials, and create two new ones (one using the NAS name, the other using the NAS IP address).  For both, set the username to admin and use the nas admin password. Then reboot the PC.

After that, you can enter \\nas-ip-address\data\.apps in the file explorer address bar.  This is the same as apps (just a different path that gets to the same folder).  Again, note the slash direction.

If you don't want to permanently use admin credentials from your windows PC, you can also search for CMD in the windows search bar, and then choose the command prompt.  Then enter

net use * /delete

net use t: \\nas-ip-address\data /user:admin nas-admin-password

using the real NAS ip address and nas admin password.

If the first command prompts for confirmation, let it proceed.  The second command will mount the full data volume as drive letter t.

Then enter t:\.apps in the file explorer window, and you should see utserver, etc in file explorer.  You can then reboot the PC when you have the files you need.
