2100 Chassis Failure
Alright so I have a 2100 that has one slot that has failed. Diagnosis with Netgear support came to that conclusion. I have received a replacement chassis from them. Now comes the part I'm a little ner...
One thing I would suggest is that before you move the disks across you get a spare disk (must not be from your array) and put it in the replacement 2100. Ensure the firmware is updated to the same version (or newer) that you were running on the dead unit.
