RAIDar is just a discovery program, calling the default Web browser with - a little bit more advanced than a ping however.
Tell us exactly which URL the RAIDar is calling on your unknown Web-browser please.
What I can't understand? 6.10.9 is available for a longer time - several yeas to be exact - for both ARM and x86 platform and https://kb.netgear.com/000065653/ReadyNAS-OS-Software-Version-6-10-9

Ok. RAIDar is just launching https://192.168.1.101/admin
When you did the conversion did you
- Upload PREPR4TOR6_0.1-x86.bin as an add-on using the ReadyNAS web gui, but do not reboot afterwards
- Upload R4toR6_6.9.5.bin using the ReadyNAS web gui firmware update
If you didn't start with PREPR4TOR6 then you need to do a factory default after you install R4toR6_6.9.5.bin
