Backup failure
After updating to firmware 6.6.0 from 6.5.2, system is failing in all aspects.. Not running regular back-up job and also unable to see users list. I am getting error pop-up with code 7021010005.. ...

Where exactly are you getting the error message? Please post a screenshot and let us know the details of the Backup Job such as what the destination and source are.
Also, please try creating a test backup job and start it to see if it will get the same issue.

New backup job is successful which was created yesterday, one more old SQL backup was also ran successful..
the primary server backup job is throwing error message within in a minute
