Cannot access admin page - connection refused
I can no longer access the admin page. When I open RAIDar, it says the disk is healthy and I'm on Firmware 6.5.1 and that the IP is the same as it always has been. It also displays the same IP on ...
I should say that I have tried to clear the cache and cookies to no avail.

No (unless something goes horribly wrong). A factory default will, so be careful not to do that.

The OS reinstall will
- partially reinstall the operating system from the image in the flash
- reset the admin password to password
- set the network configuration to use dhcp (and disable link aggregration if used)
- turn off volume quota (on the volume settings wheel).
