cannot access eSATA drives

Hi GPSIS_HQ
You will have to create a volume or use it for expansion in order to be able to use the disk space, it is currently inactive (Grayed out) It will also not show on the device list under Windows, only on the ReadyNAS Admin page where it also shows the EDA500 expansion chassis.

I suggest creating a new volume out of it by selecting the disk and create new volume as JBOD see Volume Expansion info. See Create Volume on ReadyNAS OS 6 for creating a volume on the ReadyNAS OS 6 system.
