Cannot access files on ReadyNAS duo
I have a Readynas Duo that is probably 10 years old. I have tried connecting it to my Macbook with a network cable, and I can see the AFP and the CIFS backups, but when I click on them, I get a connection failed, so I cannot see / access the files on Readynas. I have a lot of family photos from when the children were small so really keen to get this resolved. PLEASE HELP!!!

Can you access Frontview? (the admin web ui)?
Do you know what firmware the Duo is running?

No. I don’t know what to do to access it. I have tried looking for the IP address (I think that’s how I accessed it years ago) but with no luck.
Do you know how I can find how to get access to Frontview?
How can I find out what firmware is the Duo running?

You can try RAIDar, but it might be tricky to install.
Another option is to look in your router's attached device list.
When was the last time you successfully accessed the NAS?
