You apparently selected the arm download.  But you have an intel-based NAS, so you should have selected the x86 version.

    Try upgrading your firmware to 6.9.4 next.

      I upgraded as suggested.

       

      Now I get a shiny dialogue box 'Apps operation failed' application idrive cannot be installed
