You are entitled to 90 day phone support,. so support.netgear.com is a good option.

Are you using RAIDar 6.0?

Did you try https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin

where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the NAS IP address

Yes 6.0

I just tried https://myip/admin

Still the same error

Is RAIDar reporting the NAS firmware version? If so, what is it?

What you are seeing is unusual, I would definitely contact support.

  That is what I have
  I just tried to boot the NAS itself without HHD, but the power LED still blinking.

    It won't boot w/o a disk, so that is normal behavior.
