Cannot sign on to ReadyNAS 422 to see the data
Hi, i've connected my ReadyNAS 422 to my LAN at home. After I've signed on to the Admin page, I could see the Welcome wizard but the system has stays there forever. May i know i could find my data. Note: I used to use ReadyCloud and were able to access my data remotely. Thank you for your help in advance. Ron

As I suspect you know, ReadyCloud is no longer an option.

That is not a good sign. Have you tried using RAIDar?
If you haven't installed it before, you will need to first install Java.

Hi, thanks so much for your advice. I've downloaded the oracle java 8 for MacOS program and the RAIDar 6.5. I can see the NAS storage is healthy for both disk. Please advise how to see the actual folders? Thank you!

- Can you access the admin web ui from RAIDar?
- What happens when you click on "browse"?
