cant install system
Hi all today i buy from second hand RNAS RND4000 v2. and i have problem with this machine. When i start without HDD i can go to admin padge. when RNAS connect to router.

I suspect that you intended for all of the data on that drive to be available on the NAS, which is not what would have happened. If so, you are lucky that nothing happened. A NAS is not at all the same thing as a case for drives, like for USB. It's a LINUX based server, and it needs to format it's disks in a LINUX compatible way.
The NAS will not operate without any drives installed. You need to install at least one drive and perform a factory default. Note, again, that everything on that drive will be erased.

HDD .. did i can plud ing normal hhd from pc ? and some how setup then ? or only way buy

What ReadyNAS model do you have?
Netgear does maintain a compatibility list that includes some desktop drives. These lists aren't always up to date.
I always recommend NAS-purposed drives like the WD Reds or enterprise drives. NAS-purposed drives are close to desktop drives in price, generally have better warranties, and are intended for NAS use.
