Community login problem

When setting up my readynas I had problems resetting the Nas using a password--it wasn't ever recognized, and I wasn't able to change it by email.  I got around that by checking the option to reset my password using the button on the back of the Nas.

However, I still have a problem logging into the Netgear Community (on my desktop running Windows 10).

I am unable to login.  I enter my name and password, but nothing happens.  I just get sent back to the login screen.

However, I am able to login to the community using my iPad.

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

You need to login using your email and password not your community handle and password.

I am using my email and password.

I originally didn't have a problem logging in on my Windows pc.  However, after performing an operating system reinstall and a factory default reset I was unable to login to the community with my pc.  I could still login using my iPad..

        Hello DaveOKC,

Maybe you want to try using another web browser on your computer because the fact that you get no problem logging in using your iPad (using the same login credentials you are trying on the Windows), that means there is no problem on the account. It must mean that on the Windows computer, there is something that blocks the login or the loading of what is supposed to load after logging in.
