you will have transfer your data over the network, you can NOT put your nv+ disks in the ultra and keep the data intact.
generally the best way is to create backup jobs on the new nas, initially start with NFS then after the nfs job completes, modify the job to use RSYNC to ensure bit for bit exact copies.
with the nv+ as the source, I would suggest you backup/copy one share at a time, even the ultra can run multiple backups, the NV+ won't be able to keep with multiples very well.
