Cyberpower CPS Vakue1000 EIGP
Hi guys,
Plugged my RNDU2000 with latest firmware to the aforementioned UPS.
Seems to detect it in raidar, but wont correctly monitor the power remaining on the UPS? It seems to think it stays at 100% even 10 mins into battery runtime.
Any suggestions, or thoughts, or help?
Im a tad stumped.

- The info comes from the UPS itself. Maybe let it run longer and see what happens.
One thing you can do is connect the NAS to the wall outlet, but keep the USB connected to the UPS. Then connect a load to the UPS (such as an incandescent lamp) and pull the plug on the UPS.
When the UPS runs down, the NAS should shut down safely.
