Data Degraded

I am quite new to this. I did try to contact Netgear via telephone but I gave up after 30 mins in the queue.

Well, the system thinks the disk was removed (not failed). However some disk (and chassis) failures might look like the disk was removed.
Can you connect the disk to a windows PC?
Try downloading the log zip file - you can see some information on the drives in smart_history.log.
