Disk system compatibility
Hi,
I have a fully populated NV+ with 8TB disks in RAIDX format. If I bought another chassis, eg NV+ v2, or pro-6, or Ultra-6, or their 'plus' versions, could I move my current disks into it, keeping the same order, and expect the new hardware to read the volumes ok? The current disks are Seagate ST32000542AS and I think they are compatible with all those models.

- No. When you move disks to the newer x86 or arm models, they will be wiped. So you will need to either restore the data from a backup, or start with new disks and copy over the network.
