Drive 3 LED lit, RAIDar & Console say #3 is fine
My ReadyNAS 4 Pro recently lit up the drive 3 LED. However, RAIDar and admin console show 4 green (healthy) indicators. Logs show no errors/events. How can I troubleshoot the lit LED? Thanks, M...

Definitely.
In the meantime, if you do not have a current and complete backup of your data, now would be a good time to start while you still have access to the NAS. Something is definitely amiss.
Since the normal state is with a bay number being lit when a drive is present and active, and all four should have been lit since the initial setup, you may not have noticed a difference until only one was lit. The fact that all four are green in Frontview would tend to indicate that the array is still sound, there may be a hardware issue. A full and current backup will give you that Plan B to fall back on - just in case.
