Drive failed, replaced - but does not resync

Yes, we have X-Raid2 ...
Firmware: v4.2.26
The 3 disks had failing sectors, 1 to 2, but slowing growing so we are proactively replacing them. Every few months, log shows few more sectors reallocated
RAID DISKS:
CH1 - Seagate 1tb - still shows it there, but we have replaced it with a new Hitachi 1TB
CH2 - Seagate 1tb
CH3 - Hitachi 1 tb (this was the first one that used to be a blank bay, now is part of the RAID with successful resync)
CH5 - Seagate 1tb
CH6 - Seagate 1tb
Available Disks
CH4 - Hitachi 1tb
