Drive failed, replaced - but does not resync
I have a readynas pro, 5 drives in dual drive redundancy...had 3 show smart sector errors - so was going to replace one at a time. I put a new drive in the open slot #3 (thinking it would be a hot...

Currently, it is in degraded because the RAID disk 1 is thinks is a seagate, but is not - that has a new hitachi in there. I have already pulled drives out/in - but it never syncs - it says in the log that it will use it for new data. I will pull them out and test/wipe them. They were new drives.
