Ethernet 1 connecting at 100Mbit only.

Opened an online support ticket. It has now been escalated to level 2 and I'm sure it will be solved as it seems that the "Lord" is now on the case. :lol:
Dear Customer
We found the case of the Lord for our level 2 and asked to follow certain procedures to verify
a. Connect with only 1 network card and verify speed.
b. Using the same cable and same mouth network in the switch, connect only
2 network card and verify the speed.
c. Repeat steps "a" and "b" on one face of the switch network.
d. Repeat steps "a", "b" and "c" by using another network cable
e. Directly connect to a PC that has Gbit NIC (Indicate brand model of network card) with both ports of the NAS (the first one and then the other). Check the speed.
