Ethernet 1 connecting at 100Mbit only.

Interesting the message appears to only involve the Yukon chipped NIC's. The 'downshift' can be 4 or two pair and at first blush would suggest a bad cable but you have already swapped that out. Only solution I found elsewhere was to install new NIC's :/
