Ethernet 1 connecting at 100Mbit only.

Have you tried disabling Jumbo Frames?
I just ran into this issue and trying to figure out why one of the RDNP's was coming up as Gigabit, and the other not, I noticed that the one with 100Mb had Jumbo Frames enabled.
Disabling Jumbo Frames and rebooting brought it back to 1Gbit.
I realize this is almost too simple to solve your problem, as it did mine, and have not yet really investigated why this was the case but I thought I would at least share how it solved my issue, I found your thread while searching for solutions.
