Well, unfortunately, I am in the same boat.
Upon first "connection" it is 1Gbit, but then it falls back to 100Mb after an unknown period of time. I will dig into this further and try replacing every item in the picture, but I now know the jumbo frames was a red herring. It was just that since it went back to 1Gbit upon first connecting after the reboot I thought it was fixed. I noticed that it went back to 100Mbit. Telling it to renew the static DHCP lease brought it back up at 1Gbit. Undoubtedly it will be back at 100Mbit later.
