A "swap" has been authorized in my case. Does Netgear swap for new or refurbished units? I have taken VERY good care of the NAS in it's 2 years of trusty service to me. I would hate to now receive an "abused" refurbished NAS that will give me more problems in the long run, ie, when the warranty expires :?
