Ethernet 1 connecting at 100Mbit only.

@Fishbones: Thank you for the short guide. I am in the process of trying it right now but had a quick question. I do not see the purpose of the included photo as it does not seem aligned with what the instructions suggest. It seems to have two fan headers circled only. Am I missing part of your recommendation?
Of minor interest, I see that my CPU fan has 4 wires as opposed to your 3.
