Sounds like a hardware issue more than software. Random shutdowns like that are often PSU-related even if voltages look fine under no load could be failing under load, or possibly a motherboard/power regulation issue
Since temps and logs look normal, PSU swap is definitely a good next step
For data recovery: don’t plug drives individually if they’re in RAID. You’ll need to connect all drives to a PC and use a tool like ReclaiMe or similar RAID recovery software to rebuild the array virtually and access your data safely.
