Fanless PSU in ReadyNAS Ultra 4?

Has the ReadyNAS Ultra 4 a fanless PSU as mentioned here:
http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6863

I have one but it makes a very annoying sound here :-(. And the sound didn´t come from the disc or the back fan (I removed both to be sure). The sound comes from the PSU...

    The fan would be needed. How long have you had the Ultra 4? Has the PSU fan always sounded annoying?
