Try downloading the full log zip file from the web UI. Look for BTRFS errors in system.log and kernel.log
Don't reboot the system, and don't try rollbacks or other things that update the data volume - your data is at risk, and anything that writes to the RAID array is likely to increase that risk.
Do you have a backup of the files?

Did you try using my.netgear.com

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunateley I think I've got a very old backup but I think its safe to assume I haven't.
I've looked in the log files and in the kernal log I can see the BTRFS errors. I've attached both the logs. I see that in the log summary on the web UI it suggests I have an error and backup the files. I'll try that.
As for the support - yes - I've been through the my.netgear but when I click the purchase button it goes to a page that says "No contracts to dsplay" ???

Hi sbircher,
If you are not able to back up your data, it will be best to contact support so they can check if they can still do corrective changes via backend access or if data recovery is needed.
I can try endorsing you to support so they can assist you, please do note that they might require you to purchase a support contract to be able to assist you. You may just provide me the serial number of your NAS via private message.
Regards,
