General Feedback on 6.2.3/6.2.4

Update to previous post - seems to fail after accessing 2nd folder in share:

Storage\ - displays full folder contents
Storage\Data - hangs and drops off network with no further access to admin page

tviner1 please download your logs and send them to me(see the Sending Logs link in my sig). There is an alternate method to download the logs using RAIDar 6.0 which you can try if the admin page isn't working.

Are these logs that same as those downloaded from the admin page? I used the RADar 6.0 way for the set of logs I send you today.

Yes, they are exactly the same logs.

I updated 4 RND314 boxes to 6.2.4 from 6.2.2 and now have a problem with "Windows7 Pro" Computer browser missing 3 of the boxes and I note one of the 4 (The only One that shows on Network) has become the master browser.

Non domain environment.

I have seen various posts on this issues that sate that 6.2.3 fixed this problem can anyone help with this problem.

If you turn off the NAS that has become the master browser what happens?

Turning off the NAS that has become the Master Browser is not an option at this time as time as it is a production box at my clients site and is in use 24/7. as it is in a distance learning educational institution I would need to wait until there next Term shutdown.

Also I have spotted a issue with replication, the HOME share does not show in the selection and therefore is not being replicated. !!!!

Managed to negotiate a Maintenance Window today and Re-Booted the Nas. that was master browser.

Success the list of other NAS boxes re-appeared, ran a Master browser check and now 3 of the NAS bOxes are master browsers, are well for the time being I have a fix.
